Maricel is a dedicated registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in home health services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996 in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. in 2006. Maricel began her career at MaxCare Home Health before spending 15 years at East-West Health Services in various roles, including case manager and supervisor. In 2021, she joined Townome Healthcare to enhance patient care.

Maricel is passionate about teaching and brings extensive expertise in wound care management and medication administration. She has over 10 years of experience as a CNA and LPN trainer in nursing home settings, where she developed a strong foundation in both clinical practice and mentorship. She believes that nursing is ultimately about helping people feel valued and cared for. In her role as Program Coordinator at Devoted Healthcare Training Center, Maricel prepares future healthcare workers with the knowledge, skills, and compassion needed to succeed.
